Data Conversion Analyst- 3rd shift
Full/Part Time: Full-Time
The Data Conversion Support Team manages data conversion tasks for 5,800+ NAPA stores scheduled to convert from their Legacy POS system to a new POS system called RPM. This position will focus on preparing the store’s data and assisting with the data conversion process.
Track the NAPA store conversion progress
Run data clean-up or input tools as necessary
Write/run additional SQL queries as needed
Assist with resolving / troubleshooting any data or software issues prior to conversion
Understand and assist with technical aspects of RPM Conversion including knowledge of proprietary and industry standard conversion tools
Report status of all conversion-related data tasks to RPM Data Conversion Lead
Well organized and capable of multi-tasking (will have stores in various time zones)
Ability to learn new tasks in a short period of time
Ability to explain data conversion plan with other team members/departments.
Can write and execute database SQL queries
Can analyze data and perform calculations to determine work effort
Ability to work flexible hours to support after hours customers. Role will have 3rd shift work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer service experience required
Professional appearance and excellent communications skills are required
4 year degree in a quantitative or technology-focused field is preferred; however, significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
